Microsoft CRM 3.0 Takes The Prize

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 has won CRM Magazine's 2006 CRM Market Leader Award. This award follows the recent announcement of over 100 percent growth for Microsoft CRM in the past fiscal year. Along with the award, a new report published by Gartner Inc. on Microsoft CRM was released.  It highlights the successes Microsoft CRM has had and outlines its benefits for successful organizations.

Microsoft CRM 3.0 stands out from other systems because of its integration with other Microsoft products, such as Outlook and the new Windows Mobile 5.  The Mobile 5 integration now allows users to access their information through a handheld device quickly and efficiently.
